SPECIAL EDITION - 2025 BALLROOM BIG BASH

The following information is the dance programme and schedule for the 2025 (9th and 10th August 2025) Ballroom Big Bash:

A copy of the above program and schedule will be available in hard copy at the Ballroom Big Bash venue.

Inside the hall and behind the stage is the Lady's Change Room (on the left) and (on the right) is the Men's Change Room. These facilities are for those who may wish to change clothes between the lesson and main dance program commencing at 5:15pm on Saturday 9th August 2025. To access these rooms please do not cross over the stage where the audio equipment is set-up. To avoid this area access are via stairs that directly lead to the change rooms. 

Please note that during the dance program there will be frequent short breaks.

The adjacent car park have limited spaces. There are ample car places to the eastern side of the Memorial Hall.

Except for the Saturday night main dance, the dress is normal neat & tidy. Saturday night is "after five". As a guide, gentleman should wear a tie (but not mandatory), ladies should wear evening wear.

Andrea and John's lessson will be revealed at time of workshop.

Please note that Saturday's venue is fully catered, however, Sunday is a self-catered arrangement.
